How long will it take to produce my order?

Our standard turn-around times are next day for stock orders and three to four weeks for custom orders.

How do I know that your tickets will work in my machine?
A.
We print millions of machine-dispensed tickets each month - our return rate is under .2%. We will replace any product that you are not satisfied with.
Q.
What kind of artwork can I send you?
A.
We can accept black copy printed on a white background for scanning your company logo. We also accept Macintosh compatible files saved in TIFF or EPS format. Please contact us to discuss the best way to send us your artwork - whether by email, zip disk, floppy disk, etc.

Can you send me a proof?

Yes. We require authorization from you on all new or changed artwork and composition prior to printing.

How will you ship my order?
A.
Most commonly by common carrier ground service. We also have extensive relationships and frequently ship with other carriers using air transport and ocean freight. Our objective is to get your tickets to you when you need them.

I don't see my machine listed. Can you print my tickets?

More than likely, with the many legacy systems and new products coming online, listing them all is not practical. Please contact us; we have the ability to produce your tickets.

Can I use my credit card?

Yes. Digital Printing Systems accepts Visa and MasterCard.
