Digital Printing Systems was founded in 1971 by Donald Nores in San Gabriel, California.  Don had been in the ticket printing business as a salesperson for a number of years prior to starting Digital. Don knew what customers wanted and could see opportunity in the market so he started Digital. Don started small, with himself and a single pressman comprising the business. The focus of the business was to provide high levels of customer service, combined with innovative and quality products. That focus has not changed in thirty years and is the foundation for Digital's success.

The business has grown steadily over the years, where now Digital Printing Systems is one of the leading ticket manufacturers in the world.  In 1997 Digital moved to its fourth and our current location in Azusa, California.  In 2002, Mr. Nores recruited Peter Young as the new President of Digital Printing Systems to lead the business to new levels of growth, and increased market share.
